摘要 | Section 122 of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Reauthorization Act of 2018 directed the FAA to contract with an independent research organization to address questions and provide recommendations related to infrastructure funding and financing at commercial service airports. This executive summary presents the full report's core findings, recommendations, and answers to the questions listed in Section 122. ,Consistent with Section 122, RAND conducted this work independently and submitted the full report directly to Congress and the Secretary of Transportation in January 2020. |
