Following the work initiated by Vision Djibouti 2035 and the Strategy for Accelerated Growth of Employment Promotion (SCAPE), the Government of the Republic of Djibouti wanted to go a step further and better understand the issue of food and nutritional security the challenges posed by the impacts of climate change and its accelerated urbanization. It is in this context that the "Zero Hunger" strategic review was conducted, in conjunction with the UN system.
