| 摘要 | Time and budget constraints can prevent an organisation from evaluating all of its programmes - or large programmes from evaluating all project sites. This tool introduces two sets of criteria to support evaluators and programme managers to select case studies for evaluation: i) how relevant or feasible is evaluation for individual programmes; ii) what types of cases are most important to understand across the portfolio. This sample criteria was developed by Anne Buffardi, Irene Guijt, Simon Hearn and Tiina Pasanen for use in The Methods Lab projects. |
