| 概述 | This guide to the future framework for disaster risk reduction (DRR) is intended for decision-makers, particularly those in government responsible for contributing to the new agreement. |
| 摘要 | The guide is organised into a set of modules, each representing important aspects of the successor to the existing Hyogo Framework for Action (HFA). By presenting evidence in the form of data, facts and summary messages, the modules highlight what should be covered by a new agreement. This document is the second draft prepared by ODI and CDKN. It includes seven original modules, three of which have been extended. New modules covering ‘monitoring and 'accountability’, ‘environment and ecosystems’, ‘science and technology’ and ‘interfaces with the post-2015 framework for sustainable development’ have been added. Clarifications have been made where required and sections tailored where appropriate to the pre-zero draft of the new framework. |
