| 摘要 | The report of the McCrery-Pomeroy Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) Solutions Initiative emphasizes the importance of near-term investments in early intervention as the most promising way to strengthen the support system for people with disabilities and save taxpayers’ money. Developing an Employment/Eligibility Services (EES) system—in effect modernizing the Disability Determination Services system—is a promising and practical way to proceed. This brief summarizes the key features of an EES system and suggests how such a system can be developed, tested, and deployed. |
