概述 | Provides an early look at the experiences of districts implementing the Teacher Incentive Fund in 2010.", |
摘要 |
The Teacher Incentive Fund (TIF) supports performance-based compensation systems in high-need schools. Grant incentives aim to raise student achievement by improving teacher effectiveness and workforce quality. Mathematica’s congressionally mandated study, one of the largest multi-site random assignment evaluations conducted on the impact of pay-for-performance bonuses, is examining TIF implementation for all 2010 grantees as well as impacts of the bonuses in a subset of 12 districts. |
