摘要 | View online: View this video and many more by clicking on the 'More Info' link above. We count with many diverse food crops in our communities, which are the result of our labour: like bitter potato, sweet potato, quinua, canihua, barley, broad beans and a lot more, and which give us food for the whole year and make us strong and happy. We transform these food crops into more than 40 delicious meals, combining the Andean grains, meat from llamas, alpacas, mutton, guinea pig, pig, chicken and thus we join the natural cycle of life. The natural cycle of life starts with pure and clean water surfacing in springs, coming from rain, from the snow mountains and wells, which nurture the fields, animals and ourselves. The water nurtures us and therefore we take care of it, we respect it with love. The food prepared in our stoves unites the Aymara and Quechua families, it revives our good traditions and customs that come from our ancestors, to live well. |
