From a nature protection perspective, the RED proposal shows several shortcomings and gaps.The paper closes with a discussion of challenges associated with extending the RED focusing on closing identified gaps and addressing the highlighted shortcomings. The paper documents work in progress and does not represent a complete analysis. |
